Intellectual property

The DartCV name, logo, design and code are the property of Mathis Glaude. Any reproduction without permission is forbidden. The names of the dart games (X01, Cricket, Around the Clock…) are common usage.

Liability

DartCV is provided free of charge, as is. Automatic scoring by camera can make mistakes: scores can always be corrected by hand. The publisher cannot be held liable for any loss of data stored on your device.

Applicable law

These notices and the use of DartCV are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the Belgian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules of the country where you live if you are a consumer.
